Personal Assistant

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant to provide professional, confidential, and efficient administrative support to the Director.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director.

Manage the Director’s diary, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.

Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations as required.

Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications.

Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are well organized and easily accessible.

Assist with basic office management and procurement of office supplies.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members in a professional manner.

Support the Director with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.

✔ Strong background in administration and office coordination.

✔ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

✔ Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable with technology.

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.

✔ Age range: 30–45 years preferred.
