A well-established client is looking for a proactive Team Administrator to deliver essential administrative and operational support to their busy recruitment function. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail, excellent coordination skills, and a genuine interest in recruitment operations.

In this varied and fast-moving role, the successful candidate will manage end-to-end administrative processes, from CV formatting and interview scheduling to system updates, compliance checks, and report preparation. Working closely with recruiters, clients, and candidates, you’ll be at the heart of making the recruitment process run smoothly and professionally.

Key skills required:

• Exceptional attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communication and interpersonal ability
• Able to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with ATS systems
• A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude

Minimum requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• Previous admin experience in recruitment or HR (advantageous)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and relevant systems
