Accounts Administrator

SUMMARY:
An established company specializing in housing and developments is looking to appoint a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Administrator to join their team. Based in Randburg.

POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will possess strong administrative abilities, proven experience in financial reconciliations, and be confident in managing the cashbook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day financial and administrative tasks
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
• Manage and maintain the cashbook accurately
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Assist in preparing monthly and year-end financial reports
• Maintain filing systems for financial documents
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers where necessary
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an accounts administration or similar role
• Strong skills in financial reconciliation and general admin
• Experience with handling and reconciling the cashbook
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
