Administrator
Our client, a leading insurance company based in Pretoria East is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team. They are looking for organised individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Advantage: Own vehicle and valid Driver's License.
Beneficial: Previous exposure to the insurance industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative and Data Management Responsibilities:

Accurately input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and relevant systems.
Maintain up-to-date records by ensuring timely and precise data entry.
Create, organise, file, and maintain both physical and digital documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence.
Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments, facilitating smooth coordination and workflow across teams.
