SUMMARY:
Our client is hiring a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have a higher qualification, excellent interpersonal skills, and a professional, friendly approach.

This is a 12 month YES Learnership opportunity.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is kept neat and professional.
Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Schedule and manage appointments and meeting rooms.
Assist with general administrative duties.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Respond to emails and general enquiries.
Provide support to various departments when required.
Assist with coordinating meetings and other office activities.
Perform any other reasonable administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Higher qualification in Administration, Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Previous reception or administrative experience will be advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
Well-presented, professional, and friendly.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
