Receptionist / Administrator

Location: Plattekloof, Cape Town
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: On-site

A well-organised and professional Receptionist / Administrator is required to serve as the first point of contact for clients while also providing reliable administrative support with debtors and contracts administration.

This is a front-desk role with a strong administrative focus. The successful candidate should enjoy variety, take pride in accuracy, and be able to maintain a friendly and professional manner while following up on overdue accounts.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Manage the switchboard, reception area and visitor experience.
Handle general office administration, correspondence and filing.
Perform debtors administration, including:
- Invoicing.
- Statements.
- Age analysis.
- Following up on outstanding accounts.
Perform contracts administration, including:
- Compiling contract documentation.
- Tracking contract documentation.
- Filing contract documentation.

Requirements

Matric.
Relevant administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Strong communication skills.
Professional telephone manner.
Accuracy and discretion.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
