POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced professional environment.

This is a role for someone who can stay one step ahead, manage competing priorities and handle confidential information with discretion. You'll be responsible for keeping the executive's day-to-day activities organised while ensuring that meetings, travel, correspondence and key administrative requirements are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex diaries, meetings, appointments and executive schedules.
Coordinate local and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
Screen and manage calls, emails and other executive communications.
Coordinate meetings, events and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information and provide general administrative support as required.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12); relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
3–5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role.
Previous experience supporting senior executives or management is highly advantageous.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Professional, discreet and proactive, with the ability to manage pressure and changing priorities.
