Job Description

• Manage the Managing Director's daily schedule, meetings, and travel plans efficiently.

• Handle administrative work using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel every day.

• Assist with import documents and track shipments from international suppliers.

• Screen incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor requests in a professional manner.

• Prepare clear reports, business letters, and presentations for company meetings.

• Keep accurate digital files and organize office administrative systems neatly.

• Follow up on action items to help keep company projects on schedule.

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate qualification.

• Strong practical skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

• Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.

• Past experience working with import processes or shipping documents is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to details.

• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time well.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team player spirit.
