Salary: Market related

Very small office (1 Director) based in Bryanston requires the services of an experienced, mature PA to man his office and perform full function PA/Office Administration. The rest of the company is based in Benoni and there is regular telephonic and email interaction with them.

Candidate should be happy to work on her own as often the Director will be travelling or out of the office so she must be proactive and a self-starter.

Role is with an Agricultural Trading Company so the responsibilities are extensive and varied.

They include:

·        Diary management

·        Answering calls and taking messages

·        Organizing travel and hotel accommodation

·        Sorting out forwarding, shipping and transport for company at times

·        Debtors and creditors

·        Stationery

·        General administration

Personal:

About 20% of the work will be of a personal nature relating to chores and errands for the Director. Suitable applicants must be OK with that.

 Experience in full MS package essential including

·        Microsoft Word

·        Microsoft EXCEL AT AN INTERMEDIATE LEVEL IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE

*There will be an Excel test to determine this.

The person needs to be English fist language
