Are you the person in the office who keeps everything organised, follows up until things are done and knows what is happening with the accounts?
Our client is looking for a capable, hands-on Office Administrator / Accounts Administrator to take responsibility for the day-to-day administration of their office.
This is not simply a reception or general admin position. We need someone who is comfortable working with figures, creditors, invoices and Sage, while also being professional enough to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

POSITION INFO:
  What you will be doing
* Managing general office administration
* Handling calls, emails, clients, suppliers and visitors                     professionally
* Following up on outstanding documentation and queries
* Keeping the office organised and ensuring deadlines are met
* Managing creditors administration
* Processing and capturing supplier invoices
* Checking invoices and statements for accuracy
* Assisting with creditor reconciliations and payment                     preparation
* Processing customer invoices
* Working on Sage
* Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
 
What we need
*Matric
* Previous experience in an Office Administrator /                           Accounts Administrator
* Practical Sage experience – essential
* Previous creditors and invoicing experience
* Good bookkeeping knowledge
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and           Outlook
* Own reliable transport
* Excellent English communication skills
* Professional, confident and well-spoken
* Highly organised and exceptionally accurate
* Able to work independently and take ownership
