Accounts & Office Administrator

SUMMARY:
Have you worked in Retail, Interior or Design space as Accounts Administrator? This dynamic company is looking for a strong Accounts and Office Administrator to keep all the balls in the air.

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a strong Accounts Administrator to keep the general administration of this showroom in top order. You will be comfortable working with high-end clients, international suppliers and high value items in this Design/Interior space.

The team is dynamic, driven and needs support. Fun environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with high-value clients and suppliers
• Ability to work in Cape Town city centre Monday to Friday - 09h00 - 17h00
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong eye for detail and customer-focused
• Experienced working in the back office of any Design/Interior space
• Present yourself in a professional manner

Duties:

• Service calls, spare parts
• Once stock arrives in SA - manage stock items into system
• Invoicing / Quotations/Sales Orders
• Manage stock lists  deliveries provided by Warehouse / Cargo
• Liaise with customers and booking of deliveries
• Debt collecting follow-up on spare parts/servicing
• Monthly statements to service agents
• Manage bank deposits
• Adhere to all regulations re imports
• Book Flights & accommodation
• Manage service cycle for clients
• Assist with email enquiries
• Compilation of emails to customers who visited showroom
• Manage international orders from order forms to delivery - full process
