SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Client Services & Office Administrator for an established company within the financial services (Private wealth, investments and Fiduciary services) based in the Cape Town area.
The successful candidate needs to be comfortable with both high-level financial administration and the more general day-to-day responsibilities of a small office.

This will be on a 4-month fixed term contract with the possibility to go permanent starting in January 2027

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification will be beneficial but not essential
2+ years of relevant experience, particularly from financial services, wealth management, private banking, fiduciary, legal, accounting, professional services or a similar environment
Financial-services experience would be advantageous but is not essential if you have an excellent administrative track record and the right level of maturity, judgement and attention to detail.
Integrity, discretion and reliability are absolutely critical
Fluent in English
Based in the Atlantic Seaboard and surrounds
Highly reliable, punctual and conscientious
Extremely organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable following processes and working within strict controls
Proactive and able to take ownership without constant supervision
Professionally presented and confident dealing with high-net-worth clients and professional service providers
Comfortable with both detailed administration and general office responsibilities
Warm, personable and able to contribute positively to a small team environment
Looking for stability and a role where they can take genuine ownership of the administrative function

Responsibilities:

Client administration and processing
Preparing and managing client documentation
Liaising with clients, banks, investment platforms and service providers
Following up on outstanding requirements and ensuring matters are completed
General office and administrative support
Completing forms
Managing incoming calls and welcoming clients
Assisting with investment and transaction administration
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high level of confidentiality
