Legal Receptionist & Administrator

Location: Rivonia, Sandton

Availability: Immediate Start

Salary: R12,000.00 to R15,000.00 depending on experience

The Opportunity

A well-established law firm in Rivonia is seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Legal Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in maintaining the firm’s professional image while providing essential administrative support to our legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Front-of-House Excellence: Manage the switchboard, direct calls efficiently, and provide a warm, professional welcome to all visiting clients.
Office Management: Maintain a tidy and efficient front office environment.
Legal Support: Assist attorneys with overflow work, including document preparation and basic legal administration.
General Administration: Manage filing, courier coordination, and day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a legal administrative or legal reception role (essential).
Education: Matric certificate.
Professionalism: Polished appearance with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Reliability: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
