SUMMARY:
Legal Receptionist
Based in Parkwood, Johannesburg

A well established law firm based in Parkwood is seeking a polished and highly organised Receptionist to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a client-facing environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional manner
Managing incoming calls and directing queries appropriately
Coordinating appointments and maintaining diaries
Handling administrative and filing tasks
Ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations

Key Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
Certificate or diploma in Office Administration (advantageous)
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Receptionist (preferably within a professional services environment)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and filing abilities
Ability to manage diaries, appointments, and consultations efficiently
Accurate message taking and record keeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
