6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance

We are looking for a reliable, organized, presentable and professional individual to serve as the first point of contact at our Head Office.

POSITION INFO:
This office-based position includes:

• Managing the front desk, answering incoming calls, and welcoming visitors
• Coordinating boardroom bookings
• Supporting departments with administrative tasks as required
• IT coordination
• Ordering office supplies, cleaning products, and groceries
• Booking travel arrangements through a travel agency
• Booking couriers and coordinating service suppliers for office plants and hygiene services
• Printing/scanning documentation
• Notifying the landlord of maintenance issues

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills; presentable and well-spoken in both Afrikaans and English
• Produce a matric certificate
• Applicants should have some prior experience in front desk or administrative duties
• Highly reliable and dependable, with consistent punctuality and minimal absenteeism
• Professional appearance and demeanour, reflecting the first impression of our company
