This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the first point of contact, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (essential)
• 1–2 years’ experience in office administration or reception
• Excellent English communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Top notch admin skills ie able to manage invoicing/ contracts/petty cash/deliveries and record keeping
• Professional appearance as ambassador of the company
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent multitasking and time management
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional and customer-focused approach
