POSITION INFO:

A growing plumbing services company based in Brackenfell is seeking a Junior Administrator to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance.

This role will support the administrative and operational functions of the business. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and comfortable working with Excel and administrative systems.

This position would suit a junior candidate early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within a structured environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General administrative support to the operations team
Data capturing and updating records on Excel
Assisting with job scheduling and documentation
Filing and maintaining organised records
Assisting with basic reporting and spreadsheets
Communicating with internal staff regarding job updates
Supporting the office with general administrative duties

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1–2 years administrative experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Reliable and dependable

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must reside close to Brackenfell or surrounding areas
Must have reliable transport to and from work
