SUMMARY:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and highly organised Front Desk Receptionist / Administrator to join a busy and professional company based in the Midrand area. This is for a 6 month contract with the possibility to go permanent with growth potential within the company.

The ideal candidate will be confident dealing with customers, comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role would suit someone who has a positive attitude, takes initiative and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers and visitors.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric - essential
Previous Reception / admin experience - essential
Basic bookkeeping experience (invoicing, data capturing, information processing)
Ms. Excel experience - essential
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English - essential
Valid drivers license and own transport - essential
High energy levels
Excellent communication skills
Professional and presentable appearance

Responsibilities (not limited to):

Manage the reception area and ensure a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls.
Welcome and assist visitors, clients and customers.
Respond to general customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Provide administrative support to the team as required.
Perform accurate data capturing and maintain company records and databases.
Assist with basic invoicing and related administrative documentation.
Capture and update customer and business information accurately.
Handle filing, scanning, printing and general document management.
Assist with emails, correspondence and day-to-day office administration.
Liaise with customers and internal departments regarding queries and follow-ups.
Assist with Excel spreadsheets and basic invoicing
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Perform additional administrative duties as required.
