SUMMARY:
Our legal client based in Johannesburg North is seeking an organised and reliable Receptionist to join their firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for front-desk and administrative duties, as well as providing basic accounts support.
Salary: R15 000 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Matric
Experience in a Receptionist, Front Office or Administrative role
Experience working on SAGE is essential
Basic accounts or debtors experience will be advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and administrative abilities
Professional, friendly and presentable manner
Computer literate with good attention to detail
Must reside in Fourways or the immediate surrounding area

Key Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming telephone calls
Receive and manage deliveries
Monitor and maintain office stock, including groceries and stationery
Assist staff with various ad hoc administrative duties
Upload invoices onto SharePoint
Contact debtors regarding outstanding payments and assist with collections
Email statements to clients
Provide general administrative and office support as required
