Receptionist/ Graphic Designer/ Digital Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Receptionist/Graphic Designer/ Digital Marketing Coordinator. This role combines front-office administration, graphic design and digital marketing responsibilities to support the Company's operational and day-to-day marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception and Administrative Support

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, customers and suppliers professionally.

• Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.

• Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars.

• Perform general filing, recordkeeping and administrative duties.

• Assist with office coordination and client, customer and supplier communications.

Graphic Design and Branding

• Design and produce marketing materials.

• Create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms.

• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Company brand guidelines.

• Liaise with printers and suppliers regarding printing/production specifications.

• Maintain and update Company branding and material.

Digital Marketing and Communications

• Develop, create and schedule social media content.

• Manage the Company social media platforms and online presence.

• Conduct market research and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and client and/or customer engagement.

• Liaise with management and marketing team and prepare and submit marketing reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.

• Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field will be advantageous.

• Proven experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites.

• Experience with social media management and digital marketing.

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
