SUMMARY:
Front Office Administrator seeking a professional and highly organised Front Office Administrator / Medical Receptionist to manage the day-to-day front desk operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a medical or professional environment
Strong typing skills with the ability to manage dictation accurately
Tech-savvy, with prior experience working on Mac/Apple systems
Polished telephone etiquette
Takes initiative and is task focus
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Patience, reliable, and emotional maturity
The ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (essential)
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle a pre-requisite of employment

Ability to work independently and manage a busy front office
