SUMMARY:
Orthopaedic Surgeon relocating to a new practice in Bellville is seeking a professional and highly organised Front Office Administrator / Medical Receptionist to manage the day-to-day front desk operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a medical or professional environment
Strong typing skills with the ability to manage dictation accurately
Tech-savvy, with prior experience working on Mac/Apple systems
Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (essential)
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle a pre-requisite of employment

Ability to work independently and manage a busy front office
