SUMMARY:
Well established business seeking Campaign Assistant Manager. The Assistant is responsible for supporting the Campaign Manager with the execution of campaigns and follow up campaigns as per the campaign strategy devised by the
Campaign Manager. The purpose of the role will be but not limited to ensuring that accounts are targeted timeously using the respective platforms \ tools within the prescribed time frames and provide feedback on the outcome.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Completed Matric / Grade 12
Min. 2 years experience in a similar role
Strong Microsoft Office experience
Swordfish, FileFish highly advantageous
Power BI, MySQL, SQL and Graphana experience is preferred
Must come from a Legal collections industry- Non Negotiable

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Load, manage & maintain campaigns
Load, manage & maintain agent referrals
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
Support – assisting management, call centre and other staff with campaign related matters.
Adhoc tasks that will be required
