SUMMARY:
Luxury Game Lodge based close to Hoedspruit is looking for a young, energetic and service-driven Assistant Lodge Management Couple.

The Assistant Lodge Management Couple will support the Lodge Manager in the day-to-day operation of the lodge, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay while maintaining the highest standards across all departments.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Leading and motivating lodge staff through a hands-on management style.
Overseeing Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage operations.
Assisting with lodge administration, reporting and operational planning.
Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service throughout the lodge.
Handling guest requests and resolving challenges professionally.
Supporting and developing team members through coaching and leadership.
Building lasting relationships with guests, colleagues and travel partners.

One partner should have experience in:

Lodge Operations
Guest Relations
Front Office
Food & Beverage
Housekeeping
Staff Management
Administration and Reporting

The second partner should have experience in one or more of the following:

Safari Guiding (FGASA qualification advantageous)
Hospitality Operations
Food & Beverage
Maintenance
Guest Activities
General Lodge Management

Requirements:

Previous experience in a luxury lodge or 5* hospitality environment
A genuine passion for guest service and creating unforgettable experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Computer literacy and experience with hospitality management systems.
Valid driver's licence.
Rooms Division Experience
Practical with some experience in maintenance
Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
A willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment.
