About the role
The Administrative Intern will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of company and Training. Reporting to the Founder & CEO, the intern will assist with office administration, record keeping, scheduling, document preparation, and general organizational support. This role plays an important part in maintaining efficient business operations while giving the intern practical workplace experience in administration.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide general administrative support to the management team and staff.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical company records and documents.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, quotations, proposals, and correspondence.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate office supplies, filing systems, and general administrative resources.
• Liaise with employees, customers, suppliers, healthcare facilities, and external stakeholders as required.
• Assist with data capturing, record management, and maintaining accurate administrative information.

• South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
• Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
• Matric.
• National Diploma, Degree, or Higher Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
