This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the HR Consultant / Business Analyst, supporting a broad range of HR activities including recruitment administration, employee documentation, commission and sales data processing, training coordination, employee engagement and industrial relations support.

The successful candidate will suit someone who is organised, proactive and able to work independently, while handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify monthly sales and commission data and prepare reports.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee documentation and onboarding/offboarding files.
• Manage and maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular recruitment activity reports.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Consultant and assist with HR projects and reporting.
• Coordinate training materials, employee engagement activities and related administration.
• Provide administrative and documentation support for industrial relations matters.
• Handle general HR administration and ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Relevant HR, Business Administration or related Diploma/Degree
• 3–5 years' experience in HR administration or an HR support role.
• Experience supporting an HR Manager, HR Consultant or similar senior HR professional.
• Exposure to recruitment administration, commission processing and IR administration will be advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and experience working with HR systems or trackers.
• Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid/office-based environment.
