SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading supplier of Front End Loaders, Forklifts, Mulchers, TLBs, Telehandlers and other earthmoving equipment in Southern Africa, is looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
2+ years' experience in a warehouse administration role
Computer literate (MS Office and ERP systems)
Experience with purchase orders and obtaining supplier quotations
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a warehouse environment
Own reliable transport will be advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse administration
Obtain supplier quotations and source the best pricing
Create purchase orders and obtain management approval
Pack customer orders and prepare parcels for dispatch
Liaise with courier companies regarding collections and deliveries
Perform stock counts and assist with stock control
Assist with offloading containers and packing stock into the warehouse
Ensure warehouse documentation is accurate and up to date
