Admin Clerk / Driver Co-ordinator

What’s on Offer?

• Salary: R7,845.00 Gross PM

• Status: Permanent following a successful 3-month probation period

• Benefits (Post-Probation): MICFA Provident Fund (7.5% employee / 8% employer contribution) + Prorated December Annual Bonus

• Leave: 18 days paid annual leave per annum

• Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 | Sat 08:00–13:00 (Overtime paid per MIBCO regulations)

Key Responsibilities

• Store Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative duties, maintain organized records, handle filing, and process store paperwork.

• Delivery Co-ordination: Plan, schedule, and assign daily delivery routes to ensure timely customer dispatches.

• Driver Tracking & Dispatch: Brief drivers daily, track delivery progress, and resolve on-the-road queries or delays.

• Documentation & PODs: Verify delivery notes and invoices, ensuring all Proof of Deliveries (PODs) are collected, checked, and filed accurately.

• Order Verification: Assist with cross-checking outgoing orders against delivery sheets to maintain complete dispatch accuracy.

Minimum Requirements:

• Essential Experience: Previous experience in store/office administration combined with driver coordination, dispatch, or logistics is strictly required.

• Skills & Education: Matric certificate (Grade 12), computer literacy (MS Office), strong numerical accuracy, and good administrative capabilities.

• Location: Must reside within or close to the Midrand / Fourways area.

• Track Record: High reliability, punctuality, strong problem-solving skills, and a stable work history with contactable references.

• South African-born Citizenship (with valid SA ID).
