SUMMARY:
Our Client is looking for a Order Processing Clerk to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Area/Location: Industria West

Our client is looking for an order processing clerk to join their production department. The successful candidate will liaise with customers, stakeholders and various departments within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness from start to finish
Processing Sales Orders/Invoices/Credits/Returns
Evaluate all orders packed to ensure to be error free
Assisting all customers with queries, quotes orders and invoicing
Tracking orders and providing customer with prompt feedback
Coordinating deliveries & collections for the day with drivers and courier companies
Assist staff with all relevant information regarding orders and back orders
General admin and upkeep of database/ filing and workstation
Assist with stock take and other duties and responsibilities as required.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

Previous work experience within the same or similar role
Must be able to work on SAP (ERP system experience)
Must be computer literate (MS Office -Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in English
Good communication & Listening Skills
Telephone Etiquette
Ability to work under pressure
Well-disciplined individual
Strong Attention to detail
Computer Literate
Organizational skills
Ability to take initiative and manage own time effectively
Friendly and Presentable
Sense of urgency / Professional attitude
Punctual and willing to do what is necessary to meet deadlines
Candidate will work on alternate Saturdays, however, during the first 2 or 3 months, the candidate will have to be at work every Saturday to attend training.
