Warehouse Administrator (Night Shifts)

SUMMARY:
A busy distribution environment in Aeroton is looking for a reliable Warehouse Administrator to support its overnight warehouse and transport operations. (Working hours: Monday to Friday, 22:00–07:00)

POSITION INFO:
This role suits someone who enjoys accurate admin, works well under pressure and knows how to keep drivers, warehouse teams and managers informed.

The role offers exposure across warehouse, transport and sales operations, with responsibility for the paperwork and communication that keeps deliveries moving.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Process customer credits and product returns accurately and on time.
• Prepare invoices and check that supporting documents are complete.
• Compile and maintain delivery vehicle trip sheets.
• Capture and check driver and assistant timesheets.
• Work closely with the night-shift warehouse and transport teams.
• Report operational updates, delays and truck schedule changes to management.
• Assist sales representatives with credits, returns and related information.
• Support general warehouse administration and daily operational requirements.
• Help resolve queries between warehouse, transport and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, logistics, transport or distribution administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-capturing skills.
• Comfortable working with invoices, credits, returns, trip sheets and timesheets.
• Able to communicate clearly with drivers, supervisors, managers and sales staff.
• Must be comfortable working permanent night-shift hours.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 22:00–07:00.
• Location: Aeroton.

Education

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Relevant administration, logistics or supply chain qualification would be advantageous.
