Job Summary:  

To provide administrative support to the relevant business unit(s), including sales tracking, scheduling trade visits, managing expenditure and collating feedback.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: 

● Queue Management 

● Effective administration and reporting on hosting activity 

● Liaise with consumers and influence sales 

● Order Processing 

● Sales Documentation, Record Keeping, Reporting & Analysis 

● Customer Support & Communication 

● Coordination with Internal Teams 

● Inventory and Stock Management 

● Data Entry & CRM Management 

● Client Relationship Management

Minimum Qualifications: 

National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF level 4) 

Relevant Regulatory (RE) qualification or in progress Diploma/Degree in Business Administration 

Experience: 

6-12 months secretarial/administrative experience

6-12 month CRM experience

Basic Financial Acumen

Communication skills (verbal & written)
