A well-established and successful manufacturing company based in Springs is looking for a mature, dynamic, organised and highly capable Internal Sales, Tenders & Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing internal sales, tenders, supplier/vendor administration, PA responsibilities and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Sales

• Handle customer enquiries and provide quotations.
• Process sales orders and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Liaise with customers regarding pricing, product availability and lead times.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide administrative support to the external sales team where required.

Tenders

• Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities.
• Prepare and coordinate tender documentation and submissions.
• Ensure all tender requirements and deadlines are met.
• Liaise with internal departments, customers and suppliers to obtain the necessary information.
• Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and outcomes.

Vendor / Supplier Administration

• Liaise with suppliers and service providers regarding pricing, orders and deliveries.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
• Maintain vendor records and documentation.
• Assist with supplier negotiations and general vendor administration.

PA / Executive Support

• Provide administrative and organisational support to management.
• Manage diaries, meetings, correspondence and appointments.
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations and general correspondence.
• Assist with travel arrangements and other ad hoc administrative requirements.
• Handle confidential information professionally.

Marketing

• Assist with the coordination of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Maintain company and product information.
• Assist with social media, website and digital marketing content.
• Coordinate marketing materials, brochures and presentations.
• Assist with exhibitions, customer events and promotional activities.
• Support the sales team with marketing initiatives and presentations.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Minimum 5-10 years'' experience in a similar multi-functional role.
• Experience in internal sales and customer service.
• Previous experience with tenders / tender administration would be advantageous.
• Manufacturing, engineering or industrial industry experience would be highly beneficial.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Professional, confident and customer-focused.
