A well-established law firm based in Lynnwood, Pretoria is seeking to appoint a Receptionist. The ideal candidate must be a neat, well-presented individual and should include a recent photograph with their CV. Previous administration and/or reception experience is required, and applicants must be computer literate. REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a neat, well-presented individual.
Previous administration and/or reception experience is required.
Must be computer literate.

DUTIES:

Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming telephone calls.
Taking and relaying accurate messages when necessary.
Managing the reception area to ensure it is neat and presentable at all times.
Scheduling and managing appointments and meeting bookings.
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and deliveries.
Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks.
Maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor access where required.
Handling basic inquiries from clients and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Ensuring office stationery and basic supplies are monitored and replenished when needed.

HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
