Purpose Of The Job:

A well-established motor dealership in Pretoria is seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist with previous dealership experience. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience while providing efficient administrative and switchboard support to the dealership.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Customer Service

Welcome and assist customers, visitors, and suppliers in a professional manner
Manage a busy switchboard and direct calls efficiently
Handle customer enquiries and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary
Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times
Ensure reception and customer waiting areas are neat and presentable

Administrative Support

Support dealership operations with administrative tasks

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Receptionist within a motor dealership environment
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must reside in Pretoria or surrounding areas
Reliable transport essential
