POSITION INFO:

We are Hiring a Receptionist at CPT - CBD

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team in the Western Cape region. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
Manage reservations and check-ins efficiently
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information

This position reports to the Front Office Manager and is a permanent role in the Hospitality sector with a focus on Rooms and Ops functions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and booking systems
