Production Administrator – Bellville, Cape Town - Salary R12,000 to R15,000 (Dependent on experience)

Are you a data-driven professional with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a meticulous Production Administrator to join a dynamic manufacturing environment in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who excels at turning raw production data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

• Compiling daily productivity figures and capturing limitations across all production departments.
• Capturing critical data, including Auger Almen test reports and general production metrics.

Analysis & OEE Monitoring

•  Compiling downtime and non-conformance analyses for each department.
• Calculating Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), including machine efficiency, operator performance, and units produced per shift.
• Generating visual OEE charts and graphs for management review.

Production Administration

• Preparing management meeting reports and production agendas.
• Taking minutes during production meetings and managing computer checklists.
• Assisting with stock take administration and sheets.

CNC & Syspro Admin

• Capturing data within Syspro as required.
• Managing daily cycle counts for finished goods and raw materials.
• Issuing job tracking cards and coordinating stock transfers from CNC to Stores. 

General Support

• Monitoring consumable usage and providing reporting to Senior Management and the Head of Production (HOP)

Requirements

• Education: Matric (Strong marks in Mathematics are essential).
• Tertiary Education: Relevant certificates in Administration (Advantageous).
• Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience (Experience within a Manufacturing Environment is highly beneficial).
• Languages: Full proficiency in both Afrikaans and English.
• Transport: Must have own reliable transport.
