JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pre-Legal Collections Clerk (JB1843)

Randburg, Johannesburg

R12 000 – R15 000 CTC per month

Duration: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Overview

Experienced Pre-Legal Collections Specialist required to assist with backlog of Commercial (Business to Business) collections.

Minimum Requirements:

3 or more years’ experience as a Collections Clerk/ Specialist

1 or more years’ experience specific to Commercial/ Business to Business collections

Duties and Responsibilities:

Call debtors to settle outstanding accounts in a professional manner

Update all progress and uploading documentation on the software system

Update payments received

Send required correspondence to debtors in accordance with company requirements (Letters of Demand etc.)

Assess which matters should be raised to Legal
