Personal Assistant to the Managing Director & Finance Manager | North Riding | Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to become a trusted partner to the Managing Director while overseeing key administrative functions across the business. You'll play a central role in coordinating executive activities, managing priorities, and ensuring the day-to-day administration of the company operates efficiently.

• Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.

• Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence.

• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation.

• Attend meetings, record accurate minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.

• Track important deadlines and commitments for the Managing Director.

• Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.

• Assist with personal administrative tasks when required.

• Oversee general office administration and administrative processes.

• Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.

• Manage office supplies and consumables.

• Prepare letters, contracts, and business correspondence.

• Maintain company records and databases.

• Coordinate multiple events and monitor project deadlines.

• Prepare event status reports and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed.

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator.

• Previous experience supporting a Managing Director or business owner will be advantageous.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience working with cloud-based business systems.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Professional presentation and a high level of integrity.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

• Valid driver's licence.

• Project coordination experience and basic financial administration knowledge will be beneficial.
