Purpose Of The Job:

A well-established dealership is seeking a Passenger Vehicle Parts Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate is passionate about parts sales, highly energetic, customer-centric, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Provide professional, efficient, and knowledgeable parts sales service to all customers
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail
Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Handle parts sales both telephonically and face-to-face
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately advise customers
Assist in managing parts inventory and order processing where required

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Valid Driver’s License
Minimum of 5 years’ recent experience in a similar Parts Sales Consultant role in a dealership environment
Strong existing client base/customer database
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of passenger vehicle parts
Highly motivated with a "can-do" attitude and a sense of urgency
Motor Industry experience is Essential!!
