Purpose Of The Job:

Our client urgently requires a Passenger Vehicle Workshop Foreman with Mercedes Benz experience to join their busy Team.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Oversee daily workshop operations
Manage and Mentor staff
Ensures appropriate allocation of work to technicians and efficient workflow
Ensures work completed meets service delivery and high standard of quality control requirements
Ensures that safety regulations are followed
Effectively arranges for the allocation and distribution of outwork to service providers
Accurately orders supplies for the workshop
Ensure customers’ needs are understood and resolved
Leadership of the team

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years proven experience with Mercedes Benz in same or similar role within a dealership setting, as passenger vehicle Workshop Foreman
MERCEDEZ-BENZ EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL – the brand’s systems, diagnostics, and service standards
Strong leadership skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction
Professional Attitude
Qualified Mechanic
Drivers license
