Purpose Of The Job:
 
Our Client urgently requires Qualified Passenger Vehicle Technicians with Mercedes Benz experience to join their busy Team.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

• Perform diagnostics, responsible for diagnosing vehicle concerns and suggesting workable solutions
• Maintenance, repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame and with a quality of work that exceeds customer expectations
• Perform advanced removals and replacements, and diagnostic work accurately according to daily work orders as received from manager
• Knows, understands, and performs all duties of all Technician roles
• Adhere to all manufacturer standards
• Observes and follows all necessary safety regulations when operating machinery, equipment, and tools
• Perform work of other members of the service department if business necessitates
• Perform any other duties either necessary for customer service or perceived by or assigned to the job
• Provide excellent customer service

• Qualified Technician with a minimum of 3 years previous experience diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining Mercedes Benz Passenger Vehicles in the role of Qualified Technician in a dealership environment
• MERCEDEZ-BENZ EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL – the brand’s systems, diagnostics, and service standards
• Proficient in the use of Diagnostic tools and equipment
• The suitable candidate MUST BE RED SEAL CERTIFIED
• Drivers License
