POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the Operations Support Department Scientrix by capturing all strategic objectives and initiatives

Manage and administer the Isometrix System

Assist with the creation and review of the relevant procedures

Create Purchase Requisitions and assist with receipting in SAP

Responsible for minute-taking and filing of all meetings

Manage BTT fleet and liaise with Standard Bank for the approval of vehicle repairs

Assist with reporting of monthly QS audit numbers

Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering during audits

Assist with Retrieving Training Records

Assist with capturing Training on SAP, LMS, and ISO-METRIX

Assist with the coordination of the wellness day’s events and other related BTT events

Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the department

Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
