SUMMARY:
Our client is a meat wholesaler of top-quality products. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Office Administrator - Food Sector
Location: Pretoria North

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience with pastel experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a non-smoker, as we operate in a food-handling environment where hygiene is critical.

• Further admin/office-related qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in the food or manufacturing sector in food industry is advantageous.
• Experience in invoicing and customer/supplier accounts will be beneficial.

• Answering the phone.
• Taking and passing on orders.
• Occasionally issuing sales invoices and capturing purchase invoices.
• Purchasing certain stock items and keeping track of stock quantities.
• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and office supplies management.
• Maintain accurate records for food safety and production compliance.
• Support procurement and inventory tracking of office and production materials.
• Communicate with suppliers, staff, and management effectively.
• Provide comprehensive support across all required tasks.
