SUMMARY:
Our client in the engineering field that provides tailor-made solutions for the retail and logistical services environment has a vacancy for an Office Administrator in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:

• Excellent in Afrikaans and English
• Matric, any other administration qualification will be advantageous.
• Valid Driver's license

• Perform general administrative tasks. 
• Manage records.
• Monitor and manage expiry / due dates.
• Keep diary with expiry dates.
• Notify the responsible person to renew. 
• Track progress and follow up.
• Escalate exceptions on non-compliance.
• Follow up to implement solutions.
• Receive new documentation, diarise new dates and file, also electronically.
• Send notifications / reminders to identified individuals. 
• Record, prepare sort and file and data.
• Identify areas where discrepancies occur and notify management.
• Follow up to implement solutions.
• Validate and match source documentation according to procedure.
• Capture, transfer and manage information from source documents to drive.
• Scan, send and file documents.
• Types letters, reports statistical and financial tables, and other documents from original or corrected copy, or rough draft.
• Complete, file and send registers for meetings to the Administration Department.
• Adhere to internal controls, the verification thereof and report discrepancies.
• Follow and complete instructions from Operations Manager.
• Developing specific goals and plans to prioritise, organise and accomplish your work.
• Maintenance of office equipment and related technology.
• Housekeeping.
• Reception and Guest Management.
• Adhoc travelling to Distribution Centres.
