SUMMARY:
Our client based in Kyalami is seeking an Office Administration.  The ideal candidate needs to have no less than 3 years of working experience in admin, dealing with quotations and generating invoices, and sending statements to clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric
Well-assembled individuals are required from answering  a busy switchboard to handling of queries to working within a team a strong level of professionalism required 
Excellent communication skills on the phone as well as written when responding to clients via email
String Ms. Office skills as well as working knowledge of Pastel (or similar)
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
Must have a proven track record
