SUMMARY:
Are you highly organised, detail-driven and great with numbers and systems? This is an exciting opportunity for a junior Office Administrator to build a strong foundation in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You’ll play a key support role in keeping the office and operations running smoothly, with a strong focus on Excel, data capture and administrative accuracy, ideal for someone looking to grow their career in an operational or manufacturing setting.

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll do

Capture, maintain and reconcile data accurately using Excel
Support daily office administration and operational reporting
Assist with basic scheduling, filing and document control
Liaise with internal teams to ensure information is up to date and accurate
Provide general administrative support to the office and operations team

What you bring

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
Proven experience in data capture and administrative support
High attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach
Clear, professional communication skills
Experience in a plant or manufacturing environment (preferred)
