Marketing Operations Assistant

Reports To: Marketing Operations Coordinator

Purpose of the Role

To provide administrative, reporting, research and operational support to the marketing department, ensuring accurate reporting, organised workflows, effective asset management and consistent execution of marketing activities.

The role exists to remove administrative workload from specialist resources, improve reporting discipline and support the smooth running of marketing operations across all brands.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting Support

• Prepare daily sales reports

• Update marketing trackers and dashboards

• Pull platform performance data

• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting packs

• Support campaign performance scorecards

• Maintain reporting templates and databases

Competitor & Market Research

• Monitor competitor pricing and promotions

• Track competitor product launches

• Compile monthly competitor reports

• Conduct market research projects

• Maintain competitor databases

Marketing Administration

• Maintain marketing shared drives

• Organise content libraries

• Manage digital asset filing

• Assist with supplier documentation

• Support platform administration

• Manage user access requests

Workflow & Project Support

• Update Monday.com boards

• Track project deadlines

• Follow up on outstanding actions

• Assist with campaign coordination

• Support launch readiness checklists

• Record and distribute meeting actions

Community & Customer Support

• Monitor customer reviews

• Compile customer feedback reports

• Assist with competitions and giveaways

• Support community management activities

• Maintain customer insight records

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

• 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, administration or coordination role

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent organisational skills

• High attention to detail

Advantageous

• Experience with Monday.com

• Experience with ecommerce or digital marketing

• Experience compiling reports and dashboards

• Experience working with marketing assets and content libraries
