Junior Marketing Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, campaigns, systems, and reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Creative, and other internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns and operational processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, tracking, and post-campaign reporting.

• Maintain accurate marketing databases, contact lists, campaign records, and digital assets.

• Assist with email marketing, newsletters, CRM activities, and marketing automation workflows.

• Coordinate marketing requests and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate marketing materials and activities.

• Assist in creating and maintaining marketing calendars and campaign trackers.

• Monitor campaign performance and compile basic reports and insights.

• Ensure marketing data is accurate, up to date, and properly maintained.

• Support lead management and the handover of marketing-generated leads to relevant teams.

• Assist with website, social media, digital marketing, and content-related updates where required.

• Maintain marketing documentation, templates, processes, and standard operating procedures.

• Assist with presentations, reports, campaign briefs, and other marketing administration.

• Help identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and operational efficiency.

• Ensure all marketing activities align with company brand and communication guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, marketing administration, coordination, or a related role.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, reports, and marketing systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Basic knowledge of CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, or project-management platforms is advantageous.

• Understanding of digital marketing and campaign processes is an advantage.
