SUMMARY:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Maintenance Department, coordinating quotations, job cards, suppliers, customers and maintenance documentation.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
Office/Business Administration, Mechanical/Refrigeration Engineering or related qualification advantageous
1–2 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a maintenance or technical environment
Intermediate Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook and Word
ERP, job card or maintenance management system experience advantageous
Experience with quotations, supplier pricing and purchase order tracking advantageous
Valid driver’s licence advantageous
