A global software company has an amazing job opportunity for a German speaking Inbound Sales & Chat Agent to join their team in Cape Town, South Africa! You will be part of an exciting team while you work for a reputable brand that is very well known for their illustration and design software packages.

As the German speaking Inbound Sales & Chat Advisor in Cape Town, you will build strong relationships with your existing business clients. This job will require you to receive clients enquiries via inbound phone and chat and you will advise on best products and license structures for your clients’ needs.

Requirements for this German speaking Inbound Sales & Chat Agent job in Cape Town, South Africa:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in German and English
Previous sales and/or customer service experience
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Computer literate, experience with illustration and design software a plus
Eagerness to learn and develop
