You will be part of an exciting team while you work for a reputable brand that is very well known for their illustration and design software packages.

As the German speaking Inbound Sales & Chat Advisor in Cape Town, you will build strong relationships with your existing business clients. This job will require you to receive clients enquiries via inbound phone and chat and you will advise on best products and license structures for your clients’ needs.

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in German and English
Previous sales and/or customer service experience
